Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 yearS experience in computer software, hardware, printer, networking, TCP/IP support and troubleshooting
- Familiar with Windows Operating System i.e. Windows NT and above
- Experience in Microsoft Exchange server
- Experience in Local Area network connectivity and setup
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft SQL server 2000 and Oracle 8i databases will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge in VMWare virtualisation will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- To maintain and support Toll Collection System(TCS) in Litrak & Sprint
- To maintain and support end user systems (E-mail, Internet, Antivirus)
- To maintain and support end user PCs, servers and Operating System
- To provide IT technical support on PCs, servers, printers and software applications
- PC installation, setup, configuration and testing
- Monitoring of daily servers backup status
- Updates of anti virus definitions file
- Assist in software /applications upgrade and deployment
- Provides on-call/on-site support and problem resolution for systems and applications
- Coordinate and liaise with IT vendors on software and hardware upgrades and installation
