Road Safety Talk at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Bt 8, Puchong

SOME 120 students of SMK Puchong Batu 8 skipped classes for a good cause recently. The students from Form 4 and Form 5 were participants at a Road Safety Talk sponsored by Lingkaran Trans Kota Sdn Bhd (LITRAK).

 

Held in collaboration with the police, the students appeared enthusiastic at the site of a police officer standing before them in his police attire.

 

The speaker Chief Inspector Hazulah bin Kasbullah kept his talk interesting  with his stories on accidents involving youngsters.

 

His presentation was on defensive driving with safe driving tips added to make the session more meaningful.

 

At the end of the session, some 15 students won prizes at the quiz involving questions on road safety.

 

Also present was the school senior assistant 1, Mohd Zailani bin Othman who said contribution in kind like this talk was of great importance and relevance to the students.
