Dato' Ng Kee Leen has been with Gamuda Berhad since 1977 during which time he held various senior management positions. He has extensive working experience in tender, budget control, finance and implementation of infrastructure projects.
Dato' Ng Kee Leen was appointed to the Board of Directors on 1 August 1996. He also serves as a member of the Investment Committee and ESOS Committee of the Company. He attended all of the four Board of Directors' Meetings held during the financial year ended 31 March 2008.
He is a director and shareholder of Gamuda Berhad, a major shareholder of the Company. Save for the related party transactions disclosed in the Additional Compliance Information on page 37, he has no conflict of interest with the Company.
In addition to Gamuda Berhad, Dato' Ng Kee Leen is also a director of Kesas Holdings Berhad.
