	Dato' Lin Yun Ling Malaysian Non-Independent Non-Executive Director

Dato' Lin Yun Ling graduated from King's College, University of London, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Civil Engineering in 1977. He is a civil engineer with more than 26 years of working experience in civil engineering and construction.

He was appointed to the Board of Directors of Gamuda Berhad in 1981 as Managing Director. Under his leadership over the years, Gamuda Berhad is now a diversified group with major activities in construction and infrastructure concessions both locally and abroad and in property development.

Dato' Lin Yun Ling was appointed a Director of the Company on 14 September 1995. He also serves as a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company. Of the four Board of Directors' Meetings held during the financial year ended 31 March 2008, he attended all except two for which he had extended his apologies.

He is a director and shareholder of Gamuda Berhad, a major shareholder of the Company. Save for the related party transactions disclosed in the Additional Compliance Information on page 37, he has no conflict of interest with the Company.

In addition to Gamuda Berhad, his directorship in other public companies is in Syarikat Pengeluar Air Selangor Holdings Berhad.
